Got a coupon for an oil change. I should have known better. I got a complete rundown on everything needed to repair my car complete with photos. I’m a mechanic and the stuff you guys reported is wild and exaggerated. One stand out was my alignment was off and it was just done. I might add my alignment is pulling hard right now. Rear mail seal is leaking. No it’s not I spilled oil accidentally back there. Just feels so predatory and scammy. Won’t be back

He was clear from the start of the service that it would take longer than expected. That helped me navigate the rest of my day. He also ensured my car received the best care under warranty. He kept me informed throughout the day. Getting a loaner car was very helpful. I was able to pick up my kid and take him to after school activities and run errands as needed. Pat was very helpful and proactive.

You had it most of the day. When I was notified it was ready, I was also notified it needed a couple things. Why wasn’t I notified about these things earlier in the day? I had to request you fix one of them;, apparently you don’t have tires so I’ll have to go somewhere else, spend more time, to get the tires I was told I need - after the service was completed.
