Appreciate my car being taken care of.
I kept getting text messages from Jaime Guzman stating if I had any questions to not hesitate to text him back. I texted him back inquiring about putting a rodent deterrent tape to the wires BUT I never received any reply.Only to find out another day, he never read my text inquiry.

I have photos of oil splashed all over the engine after a warranty service.
This happened with our 2018 Rav as well.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail. It was disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t know where to send the photos but they were taken at the dealership in front of two employees so they are authentic. Somehow, I doubt I will receive a response from Toyota and I regret actually purchasing the car because of this issue.
Ara was professional ,knowledgeable and proved great service. The only thing that bothered me is after I paid I went to pick up the truck the guy at the valet to ask about my truck , he pointed to where my truck on the lot and asked me to go and get it. I was expecting to bring my truck where I dropped off, also I was expecting for my truck to get washed or hosed down even if you charge me.

Ara let me know at 3 pm that they were still working on my car. I had not heard anything from him so I reached out at 5pm. Still no word. I called the people at the desk and they transferred me to him. Still no answer. Then I called the front desk back to ask if my car was ready. They said yes. I let them know I was on my way. I had no notification that they would be closing soon until 8 minutes before they closed. So when I arrived at 5:36 the bays were dark and thankfully a sales representative, Estella went out of her way to make sure I got my car and that everything was correct. I live more than 25 miles from the dealership and the service representative knew I needed the car done today for the Celajet service. I don’t appreciate his lack of notice and regard for my time.

Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. I did not have an appointment, had a coupon that was not applicable to my oil change and still every single employee helped me by taking in my car and getting me a ride home while my car was serviced.
