I had the oil changed and the tires rotated. My daughter picked up the car and went to work when she noticed the low torr pressure symbol was on. She check the tires and they all seemed fine. She was not able to head back to the dealership when she noticed and you guys were closed Sunday so I had to go to a gas station and pay $3.00 to check the pressure which was a waste of time because their pressure gauge was crappy. I will buy a tiger gauge on my way tonight because she gets back from work late. Turned out to be a very bad experience.

Greg was great and did well to listen to my concerns over my car. I appreciate that he was able to get me an estimate for my doors. I also appreciate the ladies that were running the desk and how they were juggling their tasks and a challenging customer who did not seem to understand he needed to stay put for his uber to arrive and see him. I am also very thankful to the employee who went to get my stroller out of my truck so i could run to the market while waiting. That made my day so much smoother! Overall everyone was friendly and I am happy with this service cycle. Will have to ask for Greg again in the future. Thank you!

Big shoutout to Hank at Bob Smith Toyota—seriously one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who’s both professional and personable like that.
