Service really was quite good and you got a recall repair done that the previous dealer I went to said couldn’t happen unless I took my tent off my truck. The reason for the “not satisfied” was that two of your employees were texting while they were helping me which made them seem distracted and slightly slowed down the process. It would have been nice to have their full attention during our interaction

Greg Bakalyan is an excellent representative of Bob Smith Toyota. He always greets me with a welcoming smile and helps me solve my problems on the spot. I requested one of his technicians, Georges Abadjian, to work on my SUV and request was granted. Georges used to work on my Lexus at Lexus of Glendale. I had a 10am appointment and at 12:20pm I went to talked to the front desk lady to find out what is taking so long. Then they finally told me that they were barely going to do it. So by 1 pm they said it was done. It took 3 hours for a routine oil change. Not a happy customer. This is the first time it took 3 hours to get the service done. If this is going to happen next time when I go back I’m going to stop going there for service. I regret paying for the package of 5 service.

I just checked the age of my new tires and they were manufactured in 2023. I paid for new tires, not 2 year old tires. Bringing it back in to get new tires. Nothing over 6 months old please.
