It took far too long and then they took off for lunch before they were finished. I was there for 3 hours when I was told it would take about 45 minutes. James actually finished or washed the car himself. The labor costs were too high! James was friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, a technician forgot to replace a critical plug back on my car when they went in to check my air filter. I drove off only to have my car stall on Highway 12 multiple times until I was able to carefully drive it back to the dealership. A senior mechanic plugged it back in and said that a new mechanic worked on the car. He mentioned that he would talk to the mechanic but in hindsight this could have been a major situation as the car stalled and locked up on a busy highway. I had to restart the car several times on the highway where cars were traveling over 50 mph. If you have a new mechanic, wouldn’t you dbl check their work EVEN MORE carefully? I didn’t express my concern at the time but truth be told, it makes me question your checks and balances even further. All I had done was an oil change -and checking my filter and this happened. What am I suppose to think for a larger repair or job?

Very friendly greeting. Knowable about the service to be done Via text kept updating me on the status of my car. Additional info on another vehicle that I own and its problems. Five stars!!!!!

Jamie is always in a great mood when I come in! He answers all my questions and gives good feedback back! He is a 49’s fan and I’m a Seahawks fan and we give each other a hard time! It’s all in fun and that’s why I keep coming back! Jamie is the best!!

Megan is always great, she knows my wife and I on sight and treats us and our Honda's like family. Megan goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are serviced properly and when needed. She even follows up the next day to make sure we are satisfied with the work we had done.
