I don't think this is on Jamie, but when I asked how long my car would take I was given an inadequate timeframe. It was the person at the middle desk. They said it should be done to pickup my son at 2:30 from school but when I called at 1:45 it was nowhere near done. We only have one car in our family, so that caused a lot of panic at the last minute trying to ensure my child got picked up from school. Had I known more accurately, I could have made arrangements earlier in the day or tried to work something out with the dealership.

The inspection was done well and was very thorough. I feel that I now know more about my car than when I brought it in. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about everything and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Walla Walla Valley Honda!

He was thorough and accommodating. He listened and accurately articulated the challenges I was having. He offered to squeeze my service in the same day if the schedule allowed. Thoughtfully coordinated the shuttle with me to and from my house. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

This is the best Honda shop I’ve ever been to . I was two hundred miles away on business and needed a service. I could have went to a shop in Portland but I waited until I went back too Pendleton Oregon. And then drove up to Walla Walla WA. 30 miles from my house to service my Honda. I will not let another shop touch my Honda. I’m an old machinist and very meticulous about my vehicle.
