The staff here was wonderful! Megan handled an unexpected service on out visit to Walla Walla. They provided a ride to downtown and back while servicing and provided support and honest service. Highly recommend this friendly group!

I was asked if I wanted my car to be washed after my service and I said yes. After getting my service completed told multiple time that my car was being washed and then I was given my keys and a car wash gift card for the wait. I walked out to the car assuming it had been washed as I was never told it wasn’t and I see my car still just as dirty as it was when I brought it in. I wasn’t upset about the wait but it’s the fact I was told it was being washed and the way I found out not only it wasn’t but I was being lied to was by walking out to see it myself when I was leaving.

Megan was very helpful in answering my questions and keeping me informed of my vehicle service needs. She was the consummate professional; knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and helped resolve a carpet issue in the back seat passenger section . Also, she carefully reviewed the service process when completed was gracious and thoughtful in all her interactions with me. All the staff seemed to be helpful and alert to customer needs whether or not they were directly involved with me. Outstanding service overall. Very Pleased. Mike

Jaime was very courteous and professional, and my oil change was quite fast. The service department is awesome and I plan to never go any other place to have my car serviced but here. I’m rating them a 10+.
