Every time I need help with my CRV or need service, Jimmy really goes the extra mile. He's friendly and makes sure that I am satisfied with the service I receive. Glad that he texted me about my fuel pump coming in and how I can get scheduled. I am definitely pleased! Thank you!

The service was as expected and done on time. Only comment is that my car usually gets washed afterwards and would have expected that after my $1,000+ bill.

My concern was the problem addressed during this unplanned visit was NOT detected during a regular service and oil change. I had to return the car after only 4500+ miles from the last service when the “CHECK EMISSIONS SYSTEM” light came on at home. Isn’t there a protocol to test systems during a regular oil change? Very frustrating. Not to mention the additional cost of repair that was NOT anticipated. Why?
