Do NOT contact me. I was disappointed not to get a car wash with my service. The car was delivered to the front without comment, until I asked why it had not been washed. I was told it was a long line/wait, but I could have a coupon. That was not acceptable because I came from out of town and needed to get home. It would have been nice for somebody to tell me the situation and give me the choice before the car was delivered to the front.

After leaving from my service, I noticed some sounds coming from the back of the car due to road vibration, did not have time to investigate what it was until last week, when I found 2 missing bolts that had been required to be removed to perform the service according to the Honda maintenance procedure I downloaded. Iv contacted the service department and they said they will get me the missing parts so I'm waiting to see if that actually happens

My tires weren’t rotated, my vehicle wasn’t washed , as well as my oil wasn’t changed prior to purchasing my vehicle as it was pre owned with over 2000 miles . Small scratches on my car that never went away even though my sales guy said the vehicle was paint corrected as well as ceramic coated. Really expected more out of this place after spending well over 50k on a vehicle.
