I do not want to be contacted! The work was satisfactory and the staff were professional. However, I was not told, when I brought my car in at 9 am, that it would need to be there overnight. About 4 pm, I made 3 unanswered phone calls and sent a text asking when I should pick it up. It took about 45 minutes to get a response. Fortunately, I am retired and didn't need to make transportation arrangements for work. I don't consider this terrible service and would use your company again, but I think there needs to be a bit more communication.

Kyle explained things well and made me feel like I was important to the business. He arranged a loaner vehicle for me while my car was being serviced, which was fabulous as I care for three grandchildren and it is a busy season with school and activities. Loved that you washed my car as well!

My only complaint was that I had a 2:00 appointment and had to wait close to two hours…otherwise I was very impressed with your staff! I just a dealership by the sales, James was awesome and the shop staff was great! Thanks!!!

I could never get a hold of anyone in the service department this morning. I called three different times was transferred each time over and over again. I left a message twice. I know they’re busy, but it’s frustrating when you can’t get a hold of somebody just to get an update on your vehicle to see if it is done and possibly just sitting there. I am not sure where the answering service department is located, but I am wondering if they could just walk over there and ask. How far it is? but it was very, very frustrating. They of course were doing there best but I have never ever had this experience in the 14 years I have been coming to Honda service. I never was called back until I got a text message that my car was done at 2pm and then about an hour later I got a phone call telling me it was done.
