We have no clue where we are in the process and what we need to do. Leaving us frustrated and having to track down someone to talk to, always needing to leave a voicemail, then waiting for someone to call back. The one that did that was very informative was someone that couldn’t access the info to answer our questions.

My A/C has not been working. I asked for an A/C inspection and was told one was performed. The A/C still does not work and if an inspection was done they would have found why it isn’t working.

I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the lady that checked me in as she was very nice as well. I've worked in the automotive industry for over 35 years and this is the first vehicle I've only let Honda service. Always a pleasure ever time
