Simple oil change. Now I am suddenly hearing a sound as though there is a hole in the muffler. Better not be. It wasn’t there before I went to Underriner I saw my car was ready and sitting on the lot by about 10:15. No one came to advise me. I went and asked. The receipt was printed at 10:29 AM. I received a text about 11 AM that I could text payment. Not the best of service.

My initial appointment was for March 17. Dropped the car off & was told it would be 4 hrs. @ 4hrs Cheryl called to say the parts were incomplete & I needed to reschedule for the next week. Why weren't the parts checked before I was called to come in or @ least checked before they tore my seat apart? Once all the parts were there, there wasn't any issues.

I was so pleased that your service staff realized that I had a recall and went ahead and fixed that while they checked out my battery problem. Saved me a 2nd trip on 3/4/25. The van driver was personable while driving me across town.

The overall service was great, and the gal who helped me did a superb job. The only reason I wouldn’t say I was 100% satisfied was because not all of the service requests I had scheduled were completed. Understandable that there were some technicians out that day, but still a bummer that we have to bring the car back in another day to finish service. Still, Underriner Honda is easily my go to for new vehicles and service. Good people and trustworthy company.
