My oil change took close to 2 hours with having an appointment.
I dropped my car off at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told that the my car would be done at noon. I called at approximately 12:15 as I had not heard from anyone. The gentleman on the phone checked said the serviceman was at lunch and I should not have been told that. This is my 3rd or 4th stop at your service department. Each time i have had similar issues with your shop. When doing oil changes no stickers are put on the car. A time given on the visit is always longer than what is stated. Once
might be acceptable but not every time. I don’t have enough room to give all my dissatisfaction.

I booked my appointment online and was quoted $167 And change for a variety of services. When I arrived at the dealership I was told it would be $279 for my 70k miles service. I was under the impression that I would have my tires rotated and my fluids topped off as well as an oil change. When I got my invoice it only included my oil change and brake fluid check as well as a $6 shop fee with no disclosure of whether or not my tires were rotated. I wasn't given the opportunity to speak to the tech that serviced my vehicle either. It just seemed like a very corporate and cold exchange of money.
I worked with Tammy Weisbeck and Ben in finance. I am sure Mr. ****is an asset for your team. My grandchildren had a great experience too. Thank you for being kid friendly.
Guess there was a misunderstanding about getting some service work that needed to be done. But we will take care of that at another time.
Total quality! The service team is the most friendly and positive group of individuals. The service manager down to Jackson, service technician, made my servicing of my Kona and Santa Fe easy and great. Definitely recommending to my other Hyundai family and friends. I will return, but since we own Hyundai it will only be service and oil changes. Thanks again!

I had to miss 9 days worth of work due to your guys failure. I'm not satisfied at all. I'm very pissed off about it. Do I get reimbursed for that?
He accommodated me without an appointment and was able to squeeze me in in a pinch! Very kind of him to do so as I was in a bit of a panic about my vehicle status.

Last week I had to call AAA to have them jumpstart my battery, so I drove to Underriner right away and they said my battery was perfectly fine and told me to take a long drive to charge it up. Today it happened again and they got me right in and tested my battery and it was shot, so they replaced it for me. Job well done. (Not sure how they could mis-diagnose it last week though)
