Everything went fine, took very little time. Everyone was very helpful and Jackson did a great job. Nice to see a young guy moving up.
Michael ****was amazing and I’m so thankful for him. He made me feel confident that my car was in good hands and took care of. We need that I had.
Jackson was professional but the wrong part was ordered for a warranty repair and unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened.
Mike as well as Jackson stated they would pick up the car next time to make the ease of service when the part is in easier. This new Volvo has. Ow been in the shop 4 times including on tow situation.
Been very impressed with the work ethic at your dealership. My car had some serious problems, those were fixed so well that another set of issues popped up, there again problems resolved. The one thing I did not count on was the time for replacing oxygen sensor. Keep fingers crossed. So far so good. I appreciate the concern shown to make sure my car was fixed properly.

I was 4 hours late for my appointment due to work. I went in to reschedule and they were able to still fit me in. Took less than 30 minutes to take care of air filter. WOW! Incredible service. My second time here, and moving from a different state, you just don’t know how the service is going to turn out. Highly recommended.
Our next new vehicle will be purchased through you guys. Love the warm atmosphere that is shown to me and my husband each time we come. Everyone is awesome, including the service & mechanics. Those guys are great.

Service was very poor, was not satisfied with the service I wanted. My car ran good and smooth with zero complications and thought I would get a tune up to help extend my cars life and performance, but instead did the opposite once we got our car back it ran rough with check engine light on and told us it was ignition coil was bad but of it was bad and misfiring before I would think it would have appeared before and ran rough also. And the coils and spark plugs are related and that the ignition coil spark the spark plugs so if it was bad I would assume we would have noticed and had tbe misfire and check engine light on before tune up. But was told nope not your guys fault but I think other wise and it would have been good if we were made aware of the problem right away instead of after everything was done and car was ready to pick up, I know own most places let you know and ask if we would like it fixed or not. So that also makes me think that it was shops fault and didn't want us knowing till after everything was done and service was closing.
Excellent service compared to what I’m used to at VW Kia
Unfortunately Underriner was unable to do the necessary repairs to my vehicle for four months. I had to have my vehicle towed to another dealer in order to have my car repaired in a timely manner. It is clear that Underriner needs to hire more mechanics. This had nothing to do with Tanner.
Your service staff was excellent. I was thousands of miles from home on a long road trip. They fit me in, solved my problem and treated me well. The best service I have ever received at a dealership.

We were told an hr for our oil change, came back and car still had not been worked on entirely. There was no communication of the delay or the changes made to our service, like we were told there would be. The price was right but the customer service needs a little work.
Jackson was very pleasant and great to work with.
Did a wonderful job with helping us with what we needed to have accomplished.
