The service team is kind and really tries hard to take care of their customers. I think they do great job .
Just as bad to deal with as when rimrock owned VW in Billings. Terrible servise, didn’t tell me anything more than I could figure out on my code reader in my own garage. Pay 200$ for them to not even look into the problem code that I took it in for. When I asked a couple questions I was told to pay the 800 fix they recommend and they wouldn’t do anything else until I did that. Servise guy Jackson sitting at the desk turns into an **** when asking any questions about anything they did. Also make an appointment for 10am on Wednesday and they don’t get the car into the shop until 4pm causing me not to be able to return home when I was planning on. Overall terrible experience with the quality of the “work” they performed as well as the people. I would never recommend to anyone to have there car looked at by these people or buy a car from the dealership or any related dealerships.
Bonnie’s knowledge and expertise regarding my 2022 VW Taos was impressive. Bonnie listened intently to what my concern was, acted on it and diagnosed the problem along with the Volkswagen technician. I knew within minutes of having my car pulled in the garage with the problem was. This gives me great comfort, In the winter especially! Thank you, Bonnie
Not a big fan of the fact that I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and checking for leaks in my tires. I was expecting 45 mins. Why have my services done for something like this when I could go to masterlube and be in and out in 20 mins.

The service department did a great job with our 10,000 mile service. They were understaffed because of some people on vacation, but were stillprofessional and efficient in taking care of our service.
