I had an appointment to get new fuel injectors in my car at 43,000 miles and a rear camera was ordered for me (a recall). When I got the fuel injectors, they said I couldn’t have the rear camera because they gave it to another customer. I was really annoyed as I have to drive 3 hours to get to Billings and then 3 hours back and that was my second trip to get my car fixed for something I didn’t do it. Not happy!

We brought my 2015 Volvo in for service on the heater and the tailgate last November (2024). Underriner serviced and diagnosed the problem with the heater and ordered the part to be delivered 2 to 3 weeks later. After two weeks had gone by we had heard nothing, so we called to check in. They had forgotten to order the part needed so they needed 2 to 3 more weeks. They called us at the end of December to fix the issue, we took it the next day and by 4 o’clock the following evening had not heard back, so we stopped down to the dealership and they informed us that they had misdiagnosed the problem and would need to order a new heater core, which would take another 2 to 3 weeks. We received a phone call on February 13 that the parts had arrived. We took it in on February 14, and they called at 5:30 PM to tell us it was ready. Jackson was wonderful by offering to come in on a day off to give us the car Saturday, February 15. I love my Volvo, but hesitate to buy another one based on the service we received this winter during -20° temperatures.

I had the vehicle in on 1/10/25. I called six weeks later about the parts because I had not been contacted. I was told the parts never got ordered and they would try and overnight the part. Then another 10 days went by and I called again. The parts were in and I never received a call to get an appointment. All I can say is I was very disappointed in the service.

My car was in for a safety recall. I made the appointment because when I initially called the parts weren't in stock. I was surprised when I dropped off my car and hours later was called to say that I needed to bring it back another time because they needed to order the parts. I was given a laundry list of maintenance suggestions though to take care of sooner than later. The service writer was pleasant and the courtesy van driver Pete was a wonderful chauffeur and great conversationalist. I received a call from Underriner today, so there is no need for a follow up call.

Jackson has been wonderful! you guys had to talk to Volvo engineers to figure out how to fix our car it took several months to get the part in and by then we had moved to superior Montana, which is over six hours away, but because Jackson kept in contact with us and updated us and called us several times to assure us that he was on top of it. We drove that far to get our car fixed and he has been so good with us!
