I called for an appointment and had to wait several weeks to be seen. Then after the vehicle was accepted, communication was extremely poor. Just getting information on the quote was a chore and ineffective. The time to complete the repair was extraordinary and even when the parts were delivered completing the work was disappointing. Sid was very pleasant and helpful. However, I was a little dismayed that I was sent out with a temporary fix (waiting for a part) that was “sketchy” at best. I could have been stranded anywhere. Luckily, it was as in my driveway!
Service was completed exactly as predicted. As I only have <19,000 miles on my pickup and won’t be interested in trading in for several years. Thanks for the warranty work and will be in for service later this spring.
