OMG. Sid was the most amazing person ever I have dealt with at a dealership ever. Sid did not charge me for the scope since no code showed up. Sid got me in asap also. He suggested it could be the gas I put in my car and Sid was spot on. Sid told me he couldn’t see charging me since he thought it was BAD gas. Guess what Sid was spot on it was bad gas. I made it home just fine after putting in premium gas. Fixed the problem. Because of Sid I’m referring The Dalles Ford to everyone I know. Sid knows what he’s talking about. I’m in awe with his knowledge and his generosity of not charging me since no code showed on his scope. I just cannot say enough about what Sid did for me. He’s truly I mean truly amazing. Upstanding person I’ve ever met at a dealership. Thank you Sid from the bottom of my heart.
