Sid was very helpful and got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I was very pleased.
Vehicle did not receive the service he stated he did, I could not get ahold of the technician for over a week even though I was leaving multiple messages a day, and then I was lied to about what was going on. The problem with the vehicle was also misdiagnosed and grossly over exaggerated! I will not use ford again.
Aaron Karp and the mechanic who worked on our truck, Paul, were phenomenal! The customer service delivered by Aaron was genuine and professional. Paul took time from his day to show me what parts failed and explained how they failed. Both gentlemen display a ton of integrity and we couldn’t be more thankful for the service they provided us.
