I called & asked the week before my appointment if my battery could be checked for the life left in it as I have been having trouble with my remote start. Whoever I talked to said no problem I’ll add it on. I asked again when I checked in. It was not done. I was told I could come back some day around noon & have it done for a nominal fee. I work M-F 730-4 in Duluth. I have to take paid time off to come over. I expected it to be done today & it was not. I also asked for my wiper blades to be done. They weren’t either. Seemed like everyone just wanted to go home. Very disappointing service. I feel like the minimal work was done & done very quickly so people could go home.

Brett was great. Unrelated to today’s experience, on a previous service visit is was in the waiting area (no one else there). This was right after the Uvalde school shooting. I overheard two of your workers discussing whether to buy more AR 15’s. Us parents and grandparents all have quiet fears of the nightmare of a shooter entering a school- whether it is our kids or someone else’s. I find it astounding that people can’t see the horror of these events, and just wonder if they need more guns. Makes me consider using another shop where there may be more compassion for others.

The work was not completed. The noise I was hearing in the vent was still present when the vehicle work was done. I am now required to return so the work can be completed.
