I was told that customer shad of me increased what he wanted done and that’s why I was told about my longer wait for my appointment. I decided to to go as I was told that it would be 45 minutes more and then a brake job before I would get m car in. Than brake job wait . I decided just to call it a day. I guess you can’t get every Customer happy. But how far Does that go. I do understand And have normally been very Happy with your service. I hope I’m Not getting anyone in trouble as they Were doing there best to lease each Customer. Thank you, Bob

Been having my Toyota’s serviced at Kari for well over 30 years. This by far was my worst appointment. 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation took to long. 3 people came in after I did and left before me. I make the first appointment of the day for a reason. Come on Kari, U people can do better.

Assistant Manager is not very attentive to her customers. I experienced this the last time I was in. Phones ringing and she’s in the back flirting with the Manager. Not the best service. I feel bad for the people calling when the phones weren’t being answered.

The water pump on our 21 4runner. We bought this vehicle new from here. The repair was covered under warranty but we were denied a loaner vehicle. This is not the service we would expect from toyota or Kari.
