As I said to Ryan, the reason for my trouble was leaving my key fob in my vehicle in my garage. The problem as I see it lies with not being told this when I bought the truck….seriously? who reads the owners manual cover to cover? This is a problem with Toyota not a service department or salesperson

This was the first time I’ve ever had work done on my car as a young woman where I haven’t felt uncomfortable, pushed to buy any product or service I didn’t need, and left feeling like I had an honest experience with quality service to my car. I really appreciate that!

Ryan was very pleasant, he had good eye contact while answering our questions or concerns. He explained things well in a way we could understand. The app needs to match actual costs. I went in to this appointment knowing it would cost $1000 but then I show up and I’m told it will be more. Then I approve a few additional costs and the app states $1300 when the bill was actually $2300. I will say management made it right by bringing the cost down a little bit it was still much more than the $1300 I was seeing and approving online.
