There are not enough service advisors over lunch time. My car was done but I waited for at least 20 minutes because one advisor was on lunch and the other was doing his best to keep up with phone calls and other customers walking in.

I was happy overall with my experience. I just was a little disappointed to be awaiting in line when a couple of people were not doing much and seemed could have waited on me and another customer sooner.

Joe, The shuttle driver, is great. We actually had a lot in common with our fathers. He got honked at because we were moving into the left lane and cutting off a car a bit that I observed not far back enough in his blind spot to the left of us. I'm sheepish to state this but that made me nervous. I feel like you should know that.

Brett is a great asset to the team at Kari Service Dept. He is always professional and courteous and instills trust in the patrons, including myself. I will keep coming back due to excellent team members like Brett and the excellent service my vehicles receive at Kari Service Department!

Brett is always professional and courteous, and takes great care of me as a customer. The service he and Kari Service Department provide has always been and continues to be excellent. I have been a customer for over 25 years due specifically to the trust I have in the individuals in the Service Department at Kari Toyota.
