Besides having my tires rotated, I purchased three oil filters which were in my vehicle in a plastic bag when I went to leave. For the past few years, I have tried to avoid using plastic bags to reduce the amount of plastic pollution in the world. I would have preferred no bag at all, a paper bag, or to have been asked if I need a bag. I realize that I’m an outlier on this, but I hope to see the “no bag” option become normalized. Asking if I “need” a bag or if I’m ok with mo bag would help this along. Otherwise, my experience at Kari has been great!

Very polite, friendly & personable! Provided small chat while working on my service order. In fact I noticed really good moral on the people I came into contact with! That’s a good sign from the top management when it shows in your people!! Thanks Toyota for taking good care of my car!!
