Kari Toyota is who I think of when I think of excellent service. I’ve experienced road noise in my Toyota for several years. Another dealer told me it was my high performance tires. After a recent road trip I resolved to find and fix the problem. It’s further away but I took it to Kari and, after a short drive and another quick check, concluded it was my left real wheel bearing. They were able to get it today. The bearing wax replaced and the road noise problem was fixed. Fast. Competent, and fair - that’s Kari Toyota!

I found a bracket for one of the replaced filters in the back of the vehicle. I am 65 miles away. It’s a hassle to just “stop in”. Could you have somebody contact me about replacing this bracket. Thank Yoh

No surprise . I have already brought this matter to the attention of Jeff and Wayne. No issue with Ryan. He did all that he could. As a 40 year customer of Kari, I find it particularly unreasonable that I am expected to pay to replace a defective part that was replaced once under warranty and failed a second time. In my opinion, not a customer experience I should have to deal with and leaves a bad taste. Not what I had come to expect from Kari management ….and not the experience that kept us coming back for four trucks, four cars, three cars for my sister in law and one for my son.
