Everyone went above and beyond. After moving to the general area 5 years ago we were concerned about finding another Toyota service center like the one we had for 30 plus years. We have found it in Kari Toyota. From the service department to the loner car they provided us we were very pleased with what could have been a bad day! Thank you.

Measurements of my brake lining didn’t make! Ask the Asst Service Mgr. I will also tell that after my engine replacement, and a 2000 mile drive to Seattle, I had to tank the truck in because the tail pipe and muffler were not bolted together! I called Kari Service and informed them. The response was less than gratifying! I had to drive over 100 mile to Michael’s Toyota in Bellview WA. At least Kari could have done was acknowledge the error or provided me a free oil change. You made a statement to me the kind of Service Dept I do not want to patronize!
