Amazing service finding a way to make things happen by finding parts and squeezing my truck in on a Friday i’m impressed most people don’t wanna be at work on Friday that shows they like their job
It’s super disappointing to have an appointed time scheduled and to not actually have that appointment honored. I had a 10 o’clock appointment to have my tires changed out for my winters and at 11:35, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I realize things come up at the last minute, but the truth is, your appointments are scheduled too tightly. If people have to wait two hours or more beyond a scheduled appointment, that’s a management problem. 15 or 20 minutes, no problem. Hours? Unacceptable. You surely have some customers who don’t mind sitting in your lounge or going home and waiting half the day, but not all of us have that luxury. The last few times I’ve been into your shop. I’ve been disappointing. I and my family have purchased several vehicles from you over the past 15 or so years and I would say that in the last five years, your service department has markedly declined in what it provides us.
Ryan did a very good job of not assuming the word of my mechanic’s diagnosis was correct and then telling me very positively that the water pump was defective.
My wife and I were very satisfied with our service, very courteous service personnel and our car was done before we expected. A fine experience.
I called about a month and a half ago to make an appointment to have my speakers looked at because the front ones aren’t working properly, went today and waited for 2.5 hours, which would have been fine but they couldn’t figure out the problem and because I had mentioned my son had preschool they stopped because they said they ran out of time, but I told the front desk person that I could just find a ride for that. So they sent me away and said they ran out of time and that we would have to reschedule and come back another time. I have the full bumper-to-bumper coverage but was still charged $170 to have it looked at, The desk guy told me he significantly reduced the cost, but it was frustrating to wait that long and have no resolution and have to pay for that.
Excellent service as always. Will not go anywhere else for honesty and quality as a whole.
Thank you
Great service and efficient
I didn’t receive a quote for a complete brake job on my 2017 Camry. The mechanic said a brake job was needed.
Excellent communication. Pleased that overall with service experience, would likely come back.
Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and went the mile to answer questions and show me how to change some settings.. a true customer service representative
I always get fantastic service at Kari. The service techs are fantastic. The quality of service is why I keep bringing my truck back in and they are the reason I will be buying my next vehicle from them.
Thank you for good service!
Friendly knowledgeable, considerate, understanding, staff comfortable environment, updates everything went along very well and smooth
Everything went very well
I am so impressed with the service I received at Kari Toyota from Ryan Lockhart. It can be so stressful when something is wrong with your car, but the knowledge and dedication shown made the process a positive one. As a woman who has had some bad experiences while trying to get my car serviced, I cannot express the gratitude I have for the service I received at Kari Toyota. Not only was I treated with such respect and kindness, but I could tell everyone was doing their best to manage their busy workload and put effort into the experience of their customers. I am new to the area and am so beyond grateful to have such an amazing auto shop with wonderful people like Ryan working there. Should something else happen with my car, it will be an absolute no-brainer to return!
I could never say anything bad about the service I’ve received at Kari-they have always taken good care of me! I give them an A+! BUT….i am not happy with the fact that my service contract expired in May and I was never notified. In fact, when I bought my Rav, I was under the impression that the contract was good through the life of the loan. I don’t remember being told that there was an “expiration date” on it. So I was pretty surprised that I was charged for my service today. I don’t blame the service dept-I blame the lack of transparency during the sales process.
