Dropped vehicle for oil change & tire rotation / balance. Mentioned my steering wheel shakes & in the past I was told it was a tire balance issue. He said the lug nuts were probably just not tight (recent flat tire that was patched) & maybe I would need a rotation. Said balance costs more so we’ll just rotate today & see if that fixes it. It did not. I called the number on the business card he provided less than 24 hours later & left VM stating steering wheel still shakes bad & I need it fixed. Now it’s been almost 24 hours since that VM & I’ve received no communication from him. I have to drive 3 hours on the interstate to Ohio on Friday.

Anthony is a real asset to your service Dept.He was very kind and was very good about keeping us updated on how they were doing as far as time because he knew we had to be at a medical appointment for my Husband!! We can't thank all involved enough for all their help!!
