Im very unhappy about choosing a honda. Its given me problems and its just not as nice as other hybrids at the same price point. The service team is great tho so at least I'll have good people fixing all the stuff that breaks

I was rushed in and out upon dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I did not have an opportunity to ask for clarification or gain further service recommendations. The problem I sought repairs for is not fixed at all and I feel like I wasted $85. This was my first impression of the service at Kokomo Auto World and I am very let down. I was hopeful for a solution to my persistent auto issues and just feel more stressed and like I’m throwing more money. I unfortunately am not satisfied with my experience and it is highly unlikely I will return.

A little bit of a wait before anyone checked me in, but the service process went smoothly. Lobby was clean, refreshments were pleasant and fully stocked. Kids had fun in the play area. Check out prices was super smooth. I love the new DMS. Upon returning to car. Air breather on the air filter was left loose when reattaching the air box- car had a check engine light and rough idle when first started. Not a big deal, just slow down . Easy mistake. Other thing I noticed was the backing from the oil change sticker was left in the cup holder. Again not a big deal, it’s just paper. I’m a technician and have worked here before. It’s an easy mistake to make. Everything else was fantastic. Overall happy visit! Would have done it myself but am currently recovering from surgery. Thank you KAW!

Very pleased with the service, Jessica kept me well informed about the work being and changes that came up that would delay being finished by Monday. Great customer service, will continue to use Kokomo Toyota.

We thought that free oil changes were throughout the 36K mile warranty. Found out it is only 24K miles for free oil changes. Had to pay $80 some for oil change and tire rotation. Jessica did give me my military discount of 10. %.

The final bill came out to over $100 more than the estimate. I appreciate how they worked to get the total down to comply with the estimate. It took a little while, but they were persistent and managed to do it. I like working with people who keep their word. Good job, guys!
