There was a costly issue with my vans transmission. The fluid was burnt. I'm unsure how that happened if my fluids are checked when my van is serviced.

Was very satisfied with communication and updates on what was going on. Very kind and courteous checked in with me every day. The only disappointment I have no vehicle to drive. I had to rely on other people to get me to and from work, which was very inconvenient for four days your service was excellent and the men weren’t very polite and helped an elderly lady, that had no idea what she was doing. Thank you again.

I’ve been bringing my cars for tune up for several years My service time has been right at an hour for tune service I always schedule appointments around my cars tune up, knowing it has taken at an hour for service Today I was there an hour and half They were NOT as busy as I’ve seen in the past. I had appointment that I had allowed a half to get to after my car tuneup and I had 15 min today I still will continue to “highly recommend “ Kokomo Toyota

A bit disappointed the air pressure wasn't checked in the tires. Especially since I had mentioned the tire pressure light was on and we had put air in the rear passenger tire recently.
