We were greated after some time had passed. It appeared that things were kind of chaotic, so there was some understanding on our part because of it. The young gentleman who picked up that we had been the for some time was also quick to to listen to what we were saying we needed looked at, even to the point of almost completing our sentences. It was a complete positive experience. His attendance to us made it a very quick transaction. The post experience was just the same, but with a different young man.

I went in to have bulbs replaced in my license plates lights, that I purchased before arriving. I was told it would be $94 to replace them and would take an hour since I did not have an appointment. I was not told the reason the cost was so high is because I would be getting a multipoint inspection I did not request that could have waited three days during my oil change appointment.

We purchased our vehicle at Kokomo Auto world. The brake job had been done just prior to purchasing. We kept hearing a noise coming from the front right brake and decided since it was persistent it was worth checking into. I was told they had driven it and couldn’t repeat it. I had heard it that morning because I wanted to make sure it was still happening. Instead of telling me they couldn’t hear the sound then proceeded to do more in depth checking- which is fine but I’m not sure why that was done if they didn’t hear anything to begin with. They did find something loose and tightened it. I feel like I probably shouldn’t have been charged because they couldn’t replicate the sound. I feel like if they couldn’t hear it they could have told me and I could have driven away and kept my money. I no longer hear the sound which I’m thankful for, but I shouldn’t have had this problem with just purchasing the vehicle 2 months ago. I’m well aware of normal maintenance and sounds coming from my vehicle. I feel like had I been a man it would have been handled differently. The gentleman I dealt with was kind but now I wish I would have spoken up more and voiced my frustration with the vehicle being inspected more closely if neither men heard the sound

The only thing I had an issue with was the amount of time it took to complete the work. Other than that, the service was great as always.
