I’ll be happy to let you know about my experience when we’re done with maintenance on the car. I spent four hours at the dealership today I have to come back Monday. Hopefully they’ll have a replacement part I bought an extended warranty I thought it would cover the labor and parts but I’m told there’s an 80 or $90 additional charge. I’m looking that up in my records as I dictate this. I bought a Honda because it’s supposed to be reliable, so far it hasn’t measured up

After experiencing poor service at another Honda dealer, I will always make the drive to Kokomo Auto World. The workers here always treat me well and the service doesn’t take forever.

Started homewith no problem, but car started getting hotter and hotter and hotter and F inally one of the warning lights came on ane it was so hot I finally drove the rest of the way home with the window open to get some Cool air.

My only comment is regarding the waiting time. It took over 90 minutes for the work to be completed. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived a few minutes early. I normally don’t have to wait that long for an oil change and tire rotation.

Odometer Mileage readings in(101,061)/ out(101,061) shown from your 07/12/2023 service statement are the same as my recently last 04/02/2024(yesterday) service statement of which actually "in" at 103,638, "out" at 103,639. It's a serious mistake and I did not get the word "sorry" or apologize" from the person who made mistake and whom I spoke to.

More than 4hrs to diagnose the mechanical cause of unfodable seat and not able to find the problem is not reasonable. The facts are disconnect the popup, 4 nuts, 2 connectors then look into the released steel cable in the chair...voila...the work should not leave any marks on the covered popup.
