The first part of the appointment was a little rough. My husband had brought the car previously and then an appointment was made for the next day. Nobody remembered speaking with my husband and it was like I was going through the process all over again. After the tire was placed on the car, it was not calibrated. I had to ask for it to be calibrated. I probably could’ve looked in the car manual and figured it out, but after paying for this service, I think the technician could have completed the last step

Every time we bring our vehicle for service, the technicians “find” 2-3 other things they think we need. This time started with windshield wipers, until I let the tech know that my husband had just replaced them a few months ago. The rear one was replaced just two weeks ago. I have leased every vehicle from you since 2001, but decided to purchase this one. My husband has also purchased his most recent Tacoma from you. However, it makes it hard to trust the service dept. when there is always something else. That had not been the case until this vehicle.

This is the first time I’ve had the oil changed at Kokomo Auto World in the last 5 years that was less than an hour. I was pleasantly surprised as I saw quite a few cars come in at the same time as mine.
