The TPMS indicator came on when I was about 20 miles away on my way home. I had to call the service dept to get help to recalibrate it. I took advantage of your shuttle service to do some shopping while I waited on my service to be done, a nice feature. I wonder if there’s a way the driver or service dept could provide an eta of pickup time. I received a text saying my vehicle was done, I called the service department, then waited a half hour outside Kohls until the driver got there. Just would have been nice to know that my wait was going to be so long.

He doesn’t need to contact me. In fact, we already discussed my complaint and it has nothing to do with him. My complaint is with your policy to adding on an extra fee in order to use my credit card.

Nick was great! He tried to make sure I wouldn’t leave with the same problem I came in with but they found nothing, but it was for the lack of trying. I appreciate him listening to me and trying to run every test to make sure all was well.

He was really informative and helpful, got me in and out of there. They gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready and it was ready sooner than that, for my first service on my car. I can say it went really well.
