The 2 1/2 hour wait for maintenance and tire change over was not good. Usually I’m in and out within an hour or so. Other than that the service was great.

After waiting for 4 hours for an oil change, tires, and an abs diagnostic test. I was given back my vehicle with seat bolts not securely fastened, no result from the test, and told I should schedule a follow up. And while the service manager tried to rectify the issue, an unsafe vehicle should never have made it out of the service dept., and put my safety at risk as I drove off the lot. Unacceptable.

There was an issue with providing service for the main purpose I came for. Somehow the person scheduling parts/service neglected to add on the hitch and installation and only added the side items on the order. Because of my circumstances, it was a big hassle. With that said, during my visit, everyone was great. Mistakes happen, so guess my only recommendation is to investigate if other customers having similar issues.

Just a little hiccup when he called with the cost of repairs, he listed all the work that was being done & a part replacement & said the total wall $170 but, what he SHOULD have said was that it was only the cost of the last thing he listed, which was a single part author labor. Not a big problem but, could have been more so if the job was a lot bigger.
