Made an appointment a week before. Arranged a 7 am drop off as I needed the car back by noon for work. I was told that was the earliest appointment I could make to have my brakes worked on. I arrived on time and repeated the need for the car to be ready before noon, allowing 5 hours to work on my two front brakes.. I was checked in nit long after. At around 1130 am I get a call asking me if noon was a hard deadline. I said yes. I was informed that no work had been done on my car because,"we had a lot of winter tires that needed to be mounted that day." I asked first my car back. No attempt was made by the staff to reschedule and I wonder was there any point of making an appointment as I did do and got bumped for a non emergency alternative.
