When I was about to leave, I noticed the “see your dealer” notification on my dash was still on. I asked service to turn it off for me, they did something, and I drove away. When I turned my car back on the notification was still there.

I wasn't told that it would take 3 hours to change 6 spark plugs! Why so long? And I wasn't offered the $50 discount until I pointed it out in the email I received. And there was a very loud squeak in the door hinge that wasn't lubricated. I thought that was part of the regular service like topping off the fluids.

2 hrs and 15 minutes for a 5000 mile service. Not sure what they did, other than fill washer fluid and program a key FOB. Wasted time on my part for sure

The paint blister on the roof of my truck is a factory defect when I was told it was due to a scratch and not covered under warranty it has me concerned about if Alderman’s will honor any of the warranty with out legal action .
