Lisa went above and beyond. I had an issue with my vehicle that made driving dangerous. I live 3 hours away and local dealers were not able to diagnose the problem. Lisa listened carefully to my concerns and got me in the next day. She was great from the second we arrived to the second we left. Master mechanic Andrew diagnosed the issue almost immediately and I’m now safe to drive my vehicle. Definitely worth the 6 hour round trip travel! Thank you Lisa!

I am happy to complete a survey. Jen did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything to me.Zeb was professional and friendly. He greeted me with a smile and when I signed my paperwork he was stile smiling.Todd Christian has a great team and his leadership shows! I was also happy to see Colby Moore has joined the service team.He was also very professional and friendly when speaking to him.You continue to have the best service team!!

Colby was very professional and attentive. He answered all my questions, followed threw with all requests, and kept me informed while my car was being worked on. He provided excellent customer service. And in my opinion went above and beyond to be courtious. He is probably the best service rep. I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
