I don’t want to be negative, as I would like my experience to be a learning opportunity. Upon getting my vehicle back this afternoon I opened the hatch of my vehicle to find the interior roof damaged. No one mentioned this to me prior which was shocking. This is very frustrating due to the lack of communication to the damage of my vehicle. It’s almost like if you did not tell me and I did not mention it then you would not have to fix it. Thank you Andrew for taking the initiative and already ordering the part, thank you to the technician who was honest and reported the mistake, I just wish the service advisor was up front and honest about the mistake instead of saying nothing and leaving it for me to find. So please take this opportunity to learn and know it’s best to be upfront and honest with your customers, good or bad news being honest is always best and keeps customers respecting your business.

Colby was great. I just wish this problem had been solved the first time I brought my car in for service. Changing the battery didn’t do anything for the problem. I don’t believe that anyone actually turned my car on to listen to the problem. However the General Manager did a great job helping me out. Best, Sandy Gartner
