Derek was very helpful in programming my new key fob, and also put a new battery in my backup key. He successfully coordinated cars entering and exiting the two service bays so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was also very happy with my free car wash!

Lisa was great- super friendly and great to work with. She is definitely an asset to your team! I brought my car in because I had a 10,000 mile check on my leased vehicle a little over a week ago. Since then I think my car has been driving differently- pulling to the left so much so that I have to drive with my steering wheel pulled to the right a bit to drive in a straight line. Having the steering wheel straight causes my car to immediately veer to the right in all instances. When I brought my car in today to have the alignment rechecked. I was told that I would have to pay $129 for the service. Kind of ridiculous since the alignment I got a week and a half ago is the reason my car is driving funny now. I was told that the when I pulled in the alignment was within the specs it should be in and the shop owner drove my car around and didn’t see an issue. The car is still pulling to the left and now I don’t know what to do. Is it possible the the automated alignment machine needs to be recalibrated? I’ve never had this issue prior to bringing the car in and now I either have to deal with driving with my wheel pulled to the right or pay out of pocket to another shop to have my alignment checked again. I feel like there should be a better option than the two I’m left with…

Derek was great. The problem was that the only reason I came in was to have the license plate light caver replaced. When I got home, removed my belongings from the trunk and then closed the trunk, the thing the mechanics just fixed an hour earlier fell off my car and onto my garage floor.
