I’ve been so impressed with all the employees of Alderman’s. At first I wondered if they received commissions based on service, but was assured that it wasn’t how the company worked. I was told that the owners were still actively involved in the company, and it shows. Everyone is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they do. Honestly, I’ve been really impressed with everyone there and Derek has been lovely. Thank you sincerely.

Derek was great—he insured my vehicle was serviced by the time I needed it to get to my next appointment, he remembered to schedule my follow up visit in the fall, he discussed a break issue with me and prepared me for the cost. I drive a long way to have my car serviced at Alderman’s and it’s because I like the service representatives and trust the technicians .

The customer service was good. I was not satisfied with the mechanic leaving the maintenance required light on. This will now require me to make another trip to have it turned off.

Zeb checked in with me to let me know the software update was still running. When my car was finished Zeb went over the invoice and let me know why the update was needed and what problem it fixed. Thanks
