I think that a different tech checked me in and called when the car was finished. I can’t remember his name but he was very friendly and polite.

Derek was very helpful and personable. My concern is that my file information was all listed under my son‘s name and he never had anything to do with my vehicle. I think there’s something seriously wrong with your database. I also feel that when I come in for service, this has happened before, That whoever is waiting on me should already know that I had an extended service agreement.

Everything was done very well and thoroughly, and Derek was very friendly. The only thing I didn't love was there was a little too much small talk for my tastes. (I'm sure some other people just love it...)

Jason was quick and too the point yet very friendly, listened to any concerns I had. Made note to tell me what services I was due for at my mileage but wasn’t pushy about it and gave me the information needed for when I schedule those services. The techs working on my truck were also quick and got me out of there fast. State Inspection, tire rotation, oil change and an alignment all in just about 1.75-2 hours. I’ve spent 3 or more at other places just getting tires swapped.

Jason was very helpful! My rear light was fixed 30 minutes faster than promised, and then Jason drove with me over to the detail building so I could have a scratch buffed out. The detail folks did a wonderful job. I am very happy with my experience at Alderman’s Toyota!
