On-time professional service. Quick turnaround on oil change and tire rotation. a big negative is that Toyota won’t change the dashboard “Maintenance “ notification to recognize a longer service update for synthetic oil (7500 miles) from 5000 miles . This means I have to drive around for at least 2500 miles with an annoying maintenance reminder staring me in the face. I understand it’s a policy targeted to get me to bring the vehicle in more often but it’s not going to work, just annoy me.

Derek was friendly & professional throughout the entire experience of getting my oil changed. He also had the part that was recalled & had that replaced for me at no charge. It was a pleasant experience & he made it that way. Keep up the good work!
