The service department is amazing, my passenger window got stuck halfway down today and they were willing to see me even though it was at the end of the day, wrapped my window and squeezed me in tomorrow to fix the window. Stellar customer service and all around fantastic dealership.

Your team has always been wonderful. Unfortunately today when I picked up my truck after service which included state inspection and full detailing, the trucks body had not been washed (windows were clean and inside was sparkling) and the old shredded windshield wipers were still on and not replace. Of course I can do all these things, but when I pay 600 for service that includes full detailing and inspection, I would expect those things to be completed. The rest of the service experience was its usual perfection. Thank you. Sam, the service guy I worked with was great!
