I was very satisfied with Sam. He was very polite and reminded me of the free oil & filter change, and free tire rotation. It was a very pleasant experience.

1&1/2 hours is a little long for oilchange and tire rotation but Derek did warn me that shortage of staff was the cause .

Sam Stephans was wonderful! he was completely professional and did a good job for me. All of your technicians did a good job for me. Everybody at Alderman’s Toyota and Rutland did a good job for me. I had a horrible experience because Toyota makes it necessary to do a stupid four-point free analysis that took an hour before they even got to my car. I may not go to the Toyota dealer anymore for my service because while the staff there is great, Toyota’s desire to pluck the most money from me makes my life miserable.

Specific requests were made, one of them simply noting tires to be bagged, estimated services time were later than projected from service advisor, coupon discount ask discussed on entry check-in not noted at check on receipt so needed to remind service l advisor to adjust bill. Thank you in advance, for being more proactive with check in requests expectations in the future.

I wasn’t happy with the tech having to cost me more to remove the sensor that needed replacing, but Zeb was great. He was very transparent and took the time to explain. And he was very empathetic to my situation. I would recommend Zeb and Aldermans Toyota to anyone looking for great service.

My truck never had oil put back in. Thank god for the sales team who brought me a vehicle to drive to work tomorrow. I’m not impressed. Either no oil put back in or forgot to put the plug in.

Derek went above and beyond by helping me get my brakes replaced the same day as the critical level was diagnosed. I live an hour away so saving me a trip and safeguarding my family was very appreciated.
