It wasn’t Lisa’s fault. She’s been fantastic to work with in the past. Nobody explained that the recall for the infotainment would take several hours to complete. So they started it and then Lisa came in and said there’s about 3 hours left. Had to stop it and now they’re have to go back. Again, not Lisa’s fault.

Lisa was fine But to get this on the record, my vehicle now has a drumming resonance in the air hsndling a/c-heater dydtem it did mot have before. I suspect the new cabin air filter may not be instaled correctly. I noticed imnediately upon leaving - but had appt and could not come back then.

I have all ready submitted my comments. You over charged me $ 537 for an oil change, differential, and cabin filter. I was miss led as to to the additional $262 in labor cost associated with the oil change. I paid it to get my vechicle back. I was there 2 hours and was late for an appointment. I will be reporting you to the Vermont Attorney General’s Office for unethical business practices if you do not make me whole in 5 days. Not happy and willing to inform the public concerning your business practices.
