The price for wipers was a bit deceptive, it looked like $40 for wipers and it was $40 per wiper.

I had an appt today at 10 am to have my car detailed. Waited for it, was told 1- 1 1/2 hr to be done. At 12 pm a guy came to me from detail shop said he just got the car 1/2 hr ago from service & they would get right on it with a couple guys & it would be done soon. After steaming for about 30 minutes I went to service & talked to them about it & they said they delivered it to them right after I went to the waiting area which I know they did as I saw the car being moved. As I was talking to service manager about it the guy that took it out back heard me & said he was the one who took it to them & told them I was waiting for it. He then had a rental car come back that needed to be cleaned as well so when he dropped it off he reminded them I was waiting. Not happy waiting from 10 am -12:40 pm to get my car back. It was cleaned nicely & I had checked it before I paid to be sure as they got it done in 45 minutes. Happy with the people in service area.

I don’t have a issue with Sam’s service. However, this is my second trip to have my car serviced as the first time I waited for two hours and they hadn’t even brought it in to look at. The head of the service department did reach out to me promptly, apologized, and got me back into an appointment that would meet my timeline. It would be my hope that the service department team would be made aware of the situation and not have it happen to other customers.

Derick was excellent but I was left stranded by your courtesy driver in front of Walmart disturbances. A kind person saw me waiting there so long they offered me a ride. Never again. A 94 year old lady should not have to stand and wait so long

I need to bring my vehicle back to have a noise which was noted as soon as I left Rutland. The service center was closed so I did not return to the service center. Not sure what the noise is. I live 35 miles from Rutland and work full time. I’m hoping that the noise can be repaired quick. I Am throughly satisfied with the warranty work and the process to get this repair fixed. Lisa was very helpful and amazing.
