Derek was so helpful, punctual, and kind during the interaction of receiving the car and then delivering the car after service. I went to Toyota in Burlington last time for my 15k Toyota care service and was very unhappy after the service I received and was pleasantly surprised and pleased after visiting Rutlands Toyota dealer today, thanks to Derek’s great customer service skills and making sure everything was OK! Definitely will be coming back for the 25k check with you all. Thank you!

I decided to work with Derek because he spoke like a mechanic not a therapist. The truck had a mechanical problem not a concern. He and the shop mechanic tracked down a problem caused by an after market installation done by my truck's previous owner of which I was not aware.

I was getting restless when the maximum 90 minutes projected turned into an hour 44 minutes. But Derek expkained tgat they gad dealt with the recall issue. So that was good.

I find the entire process very easy and accommodating. Just feedback as now I know to look. The mid appointment text updates are not a terrible idea, but if you need a response back I would change how you send them if you can. In my case it was the dirty filter question. I didn’t open that text because I didn’t think it was necessary. Like I said not a bad approach but I didn’t know I needed to reply. The service guy had to come find me which only slows everyone down. Big bold letters, please reply or how ever you want and tell folks at check in they will be coming. I now know for the next time to look for whatever the recommended service question is.

Never heard from him on how the service went. Arrive at the dealership at 501p and everyone was gone and dark. Had a nice sales lady help me. Bill was $2200+. Expected a call to let me know how everything went besides a generic text from a computer that said my vehicle was ready
