I am wonder why you have me make an appointment and then I'm at you shop for 2 3/4 hours for a winter tire change over. I wish your timing was better. I think this delay should be unnecessary

I drove in with no appointment because something was hanging down underneath my car. With the upcoming snowstorm I was worried it would be pulled out. They took me right in, I left for an appointment and before I was out of said appointment the text came that my car was ready! Excellent service as usual.

I really was alarmed at the total which was just under $200, for an oil change. They changed two filters, not even sure if that really needed to be done but I find that to be very expensive and so may explore other options in the future. Personnel is great though.

its a shitshow over there. first i scheduled my repair months in advance to allow you to get it right. i requested a similar car for a rental months in advance but was given a $100,000 electric chevy, which is useless for me. i cant drive to nyc on a battery, nor park that monster in nyc. when the repair was finally done, it was incomplete. i had to bring it back for you to finish the sensors, months later. insult to injury? i return the rental to be told i would have to pay $6 per gallon of gas used, but i only had to use gas in your rental because you screwed up the repair to begin with. i asked for the charge to be waived and i was told no. infuriating. so i went down the street and added 3 gallons to the car. you wasted over 10 hours of my life which should be billable at $150 per hour, which is my IT engineering rate. or i could have spent that time with friends and family, which is priceless time. your problem is, and always will be, heads you win, tails your customer loses. this will be your undoing. please dont reply with a robot cut and paste response, those are infuriating.
