You recommended work on my front brakes, which I took. That evening a car abruptly pulled across Woodstock Avenue CLOSE in front of me. I was able to stop but only just in time. My first thought was: thank goodness for that brake job.

I have owned Toyota products since 2000. I have been to at least 8 different dealerships in various states. Letting drive through the car wash and the filming and tech and friendliness was by far the best of any I have been to over the years.

I HAD to be at another business in Rutland before it closed at 4. The oil change was secondary, since I was going to be in Rutland anyway. I arrived at 1:55 oil change should take 45 minutes. But I was told there was a factory recall that would take an hour. I was reluctant knowing my time constraints. Derek insisted it had to be done and it would take an hour and forty five minutes, max. Reluctantly I agreed. I shouldn’t have. I didn’t get my car back for two hours, five minutes before four. I raced over to the other business, arriving at five after four. It was closed. I was furious. Now I have to make another trip to Rutland. I live an hour away. A complete waste of time. I plan to trade the car in next May. I think I will go to Faith’s.

Brakes should not have been shot at 2 years and 20,000 miles. That is a design flaw should be covered under warranty. I had it served only weeks only before while under the original 2 year free maintenance and no one mentioned the brakes were worn.

I am wonder why you have me make an appointment and then I'm at you shop for 2 3/4 hours for a winter tire change over. I wish your timing was better. I think this delay should be unnecessary
