My service person was great checking me in!! I haven’t seen him there before but he did a great job!! He was on the last cubical, closest to the garage area. Very kind and very thorough with his communication. My car is running great

Fan making noise. Left on monday. Told it was fixed. Car sat in tuesday. Wednesday morning noise is back. Debris getting past cabin filter. Lisa told me there was nothing that could be done to avoid this reoccurring. Sounds like a design flaw to me as I have never had this occur in any ither vehicle I have owned in 45 years of driving. When I picked the car up, sooke with a young man in the service bay. He told me that there WAS something that could be done. Precisely what I asked Lisa about mesh, screen somehow blocking debris at intake. This will cost me over $300 to do. Frustrating that the first trip in didn’t fix the problem. More frustrated that Lisa in service bay was unaware of the potential fix. She was a bit abrasive on the phone when I used the words ‘design flaw’ . The only way any product is improved is finding flaws and fixing them. It should be noted that the cabin filter has been previously replaced due to debris/mice. Not once before was I told it could be avoided with the fix aldermans has. My car is only 2.5 years old. Dissatisfied that the problem had to continually occur before I finally talked to the right person… just by chance because he was working until 5 on Wednesday. My rav4 will be ‘fixed’. Mouse proof and intake screen on December 12th. Please ensure all services bay ( referring to where the car is dropped off) are aware if all services . Not to throw lisa under the bus- she also was a but condescending when i dropped the car off after I asked her to sit in the car to hear the sound. I have not had that occur with any other person there. From a woman to a woman was a but surprisingly and unnecessary. I don’t know a lot about cars- but I do know enough to recognize noises that should not be there. Happy to discuss this. ****-****-xxxx if it helps other customers ( and myself ) avoid similar situations.

My car is leaking oil from under the front passenger side hood area. I think it’s highly likely a problem caused during my oil change last Friday.. I called to see if I could bring it in this morning (11/29), and at first was told the next available appointment was over a week out. Then told I could drop it off and someone would get to it, most likely, early next week. I’m trying to wrap my head around this. As short-handed as people may be these days, it still seems like terrible customer service, as the problem was likely caused in the shop. 15 minutes seems like a very short amount of time to lose a customer over.

I had an appointment for my car to get inspected and also scheduled an oil change. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was when I was told my car wasn’t due until April for an oil change. The honesty really made me respect Derick and Alderman’s Toyota. I hope this honesty doesn’t stop. Thank you

Don't understand about lug nuts swelling. To much to get them changed. Will have to find me a cheaper mechanic

First time back to Alderman since Feb '22 when I bought my truck. It was a good experience then and a great experience now interacting with the service dept and Zeb Washburn. I have been to dealerships more convenient to Lake Luzerne NY where I live but overall satisfaction is at Alderman. Zeb is great, keeping me informed and making recommendations that made sense to me. Even the time it took to do the service hit the mark. That has not happened anywhere else. I appreciate the service, communication, and feeling respected. My plan is to make the 70 minute trip to this dealership for service because of Zeb's professionalism and what seems to be the overall standard of Alderman Toyota.

Derek was very helpful. He came outside and showed me a setting on my Tacoma that I did not know I had very appreciative. hard to find employees that go above and beyond in today’s world it was definitely welcoming
